Day 01: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – City Highlights Tour (-)

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet your guide with a welcome signboard and transfer to your hotel by private vehicle.

In the afternoon, discover the key landmarks of Ho Chi Minh City:

  • Reunification Palace – former Presidential residence

  • Notre Dame Cathedral (outside) – iconic red-brick church

  • Central Post Office – classic French architecture by Gustave Eiffel

  • Walk along historic Dong Khoi Street (old Rue Catinat)

  • Explore Ben Thanh Market for local products and souvenirs

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 02: Cu Chi Tunnels & Mekong Delta – My Tho (B)

After breakfast, drive ~1.5 hours northwest to the Cu Chi Tunnels.
Learn about the 200 km underground network used during wartime, including bunkers, kitchens and living areas, and understand the resilience and ingenuity of the Vietnamese people.

Note: Tunnel passages are narrow, warm and can feel claustrophobic. Those who prefer can remain above ground and visit wider, excavated sections.

Later, head towards My Tho in the Mekong Delta:

  • Motorboat ride along the river past stilt houses and fish farms

  • Walk or cycle through village lanes lined with fruit orchards and cottages

  • Visit a coconut candy workshop and taste local tea with honey & fresh fruits

  • Optional horse-drawn cart ride through the countryside

Day 03: Ho Chi Minh City → Fly to Da Nang – Hoi An Heritage Walking Tour (B)

Transfer from your hotel to the airport (without guide) for your flight to Da Nang.

On arrival, meet your driver and transfer to the hotel. Later, proceed to Hoi An Ancient Town for a guided walking tour:

  • Stroll through the UNESCO-listed Old Quarter

  • Visit the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge

  • Explore Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation

Day 04: Discover Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge (B)

Drive to Ba Na Hills, a hill station at about 1,400m with cool year-round temperatures.

  • Walk along the famous Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands

  • Free time to explore European-style villas, gardens, pagodas, indoor games and themed zones

Day 05: Da Nang → Fly to Hanoi – Half-Day City Tour (B)

Transfer from your hotel to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Hanoi.

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel.

Afternoon Hanoi City Tour:

  • Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university

  • Photo stop outside Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his memorial complex

  • Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake with its sacred Bodhi tree

Day 06: Full Day Ninh Binh – Ninh Binh (Bich Dong – Tam Coc – Mua Cave) (B)

After breakfast, drive around 2 hours to Ninh Binh, a UNESCO-recognised landscape of karst peaks, valleys and rice fields.

Highlights:

  • Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital with Dinh & Le dynasty temples

  • Enjoy a scenic Tam Coc boat ride through caves and rice paddies (“Ha Long Bay on land”)

  • Trek up to Mua Cave Viewpoint (Ngoa Long Mountain) for a spectacular panorama of the valley and river

Day 07: Hanoi → Lan Ha Bay / Ha Long Region – Cruise & Overnight on Board (B/L/D)

Depart Hanoi for a 2.5-hour drive to Tuan Chau Marina and board your cruise to Lan Ha Bay, a quieter, less-crowded extension of the Ha Long seascape with around 400 limestone islets.

Onboard highlights:

Overnight on Lan Ha / Ha Long Cruise

Day 08: Lan Ha / Ha Long Cruise → Hanoi – Departure (B/Brunch)

Wake up to sunrise over the bay and join an early Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
Enjoy breakfast as the boat continues cruising through some of the most peaceful areas of the bay.

Relax on the sundeck or in the dining area while the boat returns to the wharf. Disembark around 10:30 and drive back to Noi Bai Airport, with an optional stop at a local village en route for a short break and a glimpse of rural life.

Proceed for your departure flight from Hanoi.

    The pricing provided in this quotation is valid only for the specified dates and group size. Any changes to travel dates, number of travelers, or services requested will require a revised quotation.

  • Inclusions & Exclusions
    This quotation covers only the services clearly listed under "Inclusions." Any additional services, upgrades, or modifications will be charged separately.

  • Booking Confirmation
    All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment within the specified time. Delayed payments may lead to changes in rates or availability.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and modification of bookings are governed by the respective service providers' terms. Applicable cancellation fees or penalties may apply.

  • Non-Binding Nature
    This quotation is not a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise the offer prior to final confirmation and receipt of payment.

  • Legal Jurisdiction
    All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will not entertain legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

Booking Information

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A minimum advance payment is required to initiate the reservation process.

2. Payment Terms - Payment can be made via [UPI / Bank Transfer / Card / Other Modes].

  • 100% of the airfare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

  • 50% of the total package cost (including flights, hotels, and services) is required to initiate and confirm the booking.

  • 25% of the land package cost must be paid 25 days prior to departure.

  • Remaining 25% of the land package cost is due 15 days prior to departure.

Note:

  • For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation or revision of booking and pricing.

3. Confirmation Timeline

Upon receiving the advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24–48 working hours, including details of hotels, transfers, and other services.
