Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya’s vibrant capital. Private transfer to your boutique hotel or city lodge.
→ Overnight at a stylish boutique hotel perfect for wildlife enthusiasts.

Overnight: Boutique Hotel / City Lodge (Nairobi)

Day 2 – Nairobi → Ol Pejeta Conservancy (220 km)

Drive north toward Laikipia, crossing the Equator line en route.
Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Africa’s leading conservation sanctuaries.
→ Afternoon game drive inside this rhino-rich region.
→ Optional: Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, Kenya’s only chimp refuge.

Overnight: Ol Pejeta Bush Camp / Serena Sweetwaters / Similar

Day 3 – Ol Pejeta Conservancy – Full Day

A full day of safari and conservation learning.
→ Enjoy morning and evening game drives spotting black rhinos, Grevy’s zebras, lions, elephants, and more.
→ Visit the enclosure of the last two Northern White Rhinos and learn about global conservation efforts.
→ Option to visit the anti-poaching dog unit.
→ Optional: Night game drive or horseback safari for a rare bush perspective.

Day 4 – Ol Pejeta → Lake Naivasha (280 km)

Scenic descent into the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha for relaxation.
→ Enjoy a serene sunset boat ride spotting hippos and birdlife.
→ Optional: Guided nature walk or visit to Crescent Island for a walking safari.

Day 5 – Lake Naivasha → Masai Mara (250 km)

Drive through Narok town and enter the Mara ecosystem.
Stay inside  Masai Mara.

Day 6 – Masai Mara – Full Day Safari

Full-day safari experience at Mara.

  • COVID-19 & Health Requirements: Any cost related to RT-PCR tests, COVID-19 certificates, or health documents required for travel.

  • Meals & Beverages: Lunch, snacks, and beverages not listed in the inclusions or mentioned as “extra cost.”

  • Optional Tours & Activities: Any sightseeing, excursions, adventure activities, or entrance fees not specified in the itinerary or inclusions.

  • Safari Charges: Jungle Safari, Jeep Safari, or specific-zone safari permits are not included (zones confirmed at the time of booking based on availability).

  • Personal Expenses: Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar, porterage, and tips.

  • Camera & Entry Fees: Camera fees, special photography permits, VIP/fast-track entry tickets (unless mentioned as included).

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Any additional costs arising from flight delays, weather disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, or road closures.

  • Hotel Policies: Early check-in, late check-out, hotel security deposits, or any additional services not mentioned in inclusions.

  • Unlisted Services: Any service or facility not clearly stated under “Inclusions.”

  • Government Taxes:

    • 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applicable on the total package cost.

    • 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) applicable on international packages as per current government regulations.

Terms & Conditions

  • Quotation Validity
    The pricing provided in this quotation is valid only for the specified dates and group size. Any changes to travel dates, number of travelers, or services requested will require a revised quotation.

  • Inclusions & Exclusions
    This quotation covers only the services clearly listed under "Inclusions." Any additional services, upgrades, or modifications will be charged separately.

  • Booking Confirmation
    All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment within the specified time. Delayed payments may lead to changes in rates or availability.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and modification of bookings are governed by the respective service providers' terms. Applicable cancellation fees or penalties may apply.

  • Non-Binding Nature
    This quotation is not a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise the offer prior to final confirmation and receipt of payment.

  • Legal Jurisdiction
    All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will not entertain legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

Booking Information

. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A minimum advance payment is required to initiate the reservation process.

2. Payment Terms - Payment can be made via [UPI / Bank Transfer / Card / Other Modes].

  • 100% of the airfare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

  • 50% of the total package cost (including flights, hotels, and services) is required to initiate and confirm the booking.

  • 25% of the land package cost must be paid 25 days prior to departure.

  • Remaining 25% of the land package cost is due 15 days prior to departure.

Note:

  • For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation or revision of booking and pricing.

3. Confirmation Timeline

Upon receiving the advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24–48 working hours, including details of hotels, transfers, and other services.

4. Required Documents

  • PAN Card (for billing purposes)

5. Child Policy

Child below 5 years: Complimentary (no extra bed)
