Itinerary

DAY 01: Hanoi City Arrival – City Highlights Tour (-)

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. After immigration, meet your guide holding a welcome signboard. Transfer to hotel by private vehicle.

Note: Standard check-in is after 14:00. Early check-in subject to availability & extra cost.

Afternoon – Hanoi City Tour:

  • Visit Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university (11th century)

  • Stop outside Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum

  • Explore Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest pagoda

  • Experience Train Street & enjoy optional Vietnamese coffee

DAY 02: Hanoi → Ha Long Bay / Lan Ha Bay Overnight Cruise (B/L/D)

Depart for Ha Long Bay (2.5 hours). A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay features over 1,600 limestone karsts and tranquil emerald waters.

Board your cruise at Tuan Chau Marina.

    This quotation covers only the services clearly listed under "Inclusions." Any additional services, upgrades, or modifications will be charged separately.

  • Booking Confirmation
    All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment within the specified time. Delayed payments may lead to changes in rates or availability.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation and modification of bookings are governed by the respective service providers' terms. Applicable cancellation fees or penalties may apply.

  • Legal Jurisdiction

Booking Information

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A minimum advance payment is required to initiate the reservation process.

2. Payment Terms - Payment can be made via [UPI / Bank Transfer / Card / Other Modes].

  • 100% of the airfare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

  • 50% of the total package cost (including flights, hotels, and services) is required to initiate and confirm the booking.

  • 25% of the land package cost must be paid 25 days prior to departure.

  • Remaining 25% of the land package cost is due 15 days prior to departure.

Note:

  • For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation or revision of booking and pricing.

3. Confirmation Timeline

Upon receiving the advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24–48 working hours, including details of hotels, transfers, and other services.
