The pricing provided in this quotation is valid only for the specified dates and group size. Any changes to travel dates, number of travelers, or services requested will require a revised quotation. -
Inclusions & Exclusions
This quotation covers only the services clearly listed under "Inclusions." Any additional services, upgrades, or modifications will be charged separately. -
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment within the specified time. Delayed payments may lead to changes in rates or availability. -
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and modification of bookings are governed by the respective service providers' terms. Applicable cancellation fees or penalties may apply. -

This quotation is not a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise the offer prior to final confirmation and receipt of payment. -
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will not entertain legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
1. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A minimum advance payment is required to initiate the reservation process.
2. Payment Terms - Payment can be made via [UPI / Bank Transfer / Card / Other Modes].

100% of the airfare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

50% of the total package cost (including flights, hotels, and services) is required to initiate and confirm the booking.

25% of the land package cost must be paid 25 days prior to departure.

Remaining 25% of the land package cost is due 15 days prior to departure.

For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation or revision of booking and pricing.
3. Confirmation Timeline
Upon receiving the advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24–48 working hours, including details of hotels, transfers, and other services.
