Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival at Port Blair | Corbyn’s Cove Beach • Cellular Jail • Light & Sound Show

Arrive at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair. Meet our representative and transfer to your hotel.
Later, visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach, a scenic coastal stretch perfect for evening strolls.
Continue to the historic Cellular Jail (Kala Pani) and experience the moving Light & Sound Show, a stirring tribute to India’s freedom struggle.
Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Note: Guests will need to walk approx. 200 meters from the parking area to the Jail.

Day 2 – Port Blair ➝ Havelock Island | Radhanagar Beach (Asia’s Best Beach)

After breakfast, transfer to the jetty and board your premium ferry to Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island).
Check into your resort and relax at the stunning Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7) — famed for its powder-white sands and turquoise waves.
Capture the spectacular sunset before heading back to your resort.
Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 3 – Havelock Island | Elephanta Beach Excursion

After breakfast, embark on a boat ride to Elephanta Beach, famous for coral reefs and water sports.
Enjoy complimentary snorkeling (organized by the local boat association), or opt for scuba diving, jet skiing, or sea walking at extra cost.
Return and relax at your resort.
Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 4 – Havelock ➝ Neil Island | Bharatpur & Laxmanpur Beaches

After breakfast, travel by ferry to Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island).
Visit Bharatpur Beach, known for coral views and glass-bottom rides, and later Laxmanpur Beach, famous for its romantic sunsets.
Spend the evening at leisure.
Overnight stay at Neil Island.

Day 5 – Neil Island ➝ Port Blair | Howrah Bridge & Shopping

After breakfast, visit Howrah Bridge, a stunning natural rock formation shaped by ocean tides.
Later, return to Port Blair by ferry.
Explore the Sagarika Government Emporium and local markets for seashell and woodcraft souvenirs.
Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 6 – Departure from Port Blair

After breakfast, transfer to Veer Savarkar International Airport for your onward journey.

What is included in the tour

  • Accommodation: Comfortable stay at selected hotels and resorts as mentioned in the itinerary, with categories ranging from Budget to 5-Star Equivalent options.

  • Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner as per the chosen meal plan (MAP).

  • Transfers & Transportation: All transfers and sightseeing by exclusive air-conditioned vehicle on a point-to-point basis. (Vehicle will be available as per the itinerary and not on disposal.)

  • Inter-Island Transfers: Ferry transfers between Port Blair – Havelock – Neil Island – Port Blair by premium-class catamaran/cruise (Green Ocean / Makruzz / Nautika / ITT Majestic or similar).

  • Sightseeing: All sightseeing as per the itinerary including Corbyn’s Cove Beach, Cellular Jail & Light & Sound Show, Radhanagar Beach, Bharatpur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach, and Howrah Bridge.

  • COVID-19 & Health Requirements: Any cost related to RT-PCR tests, COVID-19 certificates, or health documents required for travel.

  • Meals & Beverages: Lunch, snacks, and beverages not listed in the inclusions or mentioned as “extra cost.”

  • Optional Tours & Activities: Any sightseeing, excursions, adventure activities, or entrance fees not specified in the itinerary or inclusions.

  • Safari Charges: Jungle Safari, Jeep Safari, or specific-zone safari permits are not included (zones confirmed at the time of booking based on availability).

  • Personal Expenses: Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar, porterage, and tips.

  • Camera & Entry Fees: Camera fees, special photography permits, VIP/fast-track entry tickets (unless mentioned as included).

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Any additional costs arising from flight delays, weather disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, or road closures.

  • Hotel Policies: Early check-in, late check-out, hotel security deposits, or any additional services not mentioned in inclusions.

  • Unlisted Services: Any service or facility not clearly stated under “Inclusions.”

  • Government Taxes:

    • 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applicable on the total package cost.

    • 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) applicable on international packages as per current government regulations.

Terms & Conditions

  • Quotation Validity

    The pricing provided in this quotation is valid only for the specified dates and group size. Any changes to travel dates, number of travelers, or services requested will require a revised quotation.

  • Inclusions & Exclusions

    This quotation covers only the services clearly listed under "Inclusions." Any additional services, upgrades, or modifications will be charged separately.

  • Booking Confirmation

    All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment within the specified time. Delayed payments may lead to changes in rates or availability.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation and modification of bookings are governed by the respective service providers' terms. Applicable cancellation fees or penalties may apply.

  • Non-Binding Nature

    This quotation is not a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise the offer prior to final confirmation and receipt of payment.

  • Legal Jurisdiction

    All disputes, claims, or legal matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We will not entertain legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction.

Booking Information

1. Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A minimum advance payment is required to initiate the reservation process.

2. Payment Terms - Payment can be made via [UPI / Bank Transfer / Card / Other Modes].

  • 100% of the airfare must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.

  • 50% of the total package cost (including flights, hotels, and services) is required to initiate and confirm the booking.

  • 25% of the land package cost must be paid 25 days prior to departure.

  • Remaining 25% of the land package cost is due 15 days prior to departure.

Note:

  • For non-refundable bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • Failure to comply with the payment schedule may result in cancellation or revision of booking and pricing.

3. Confirmation Timeline

Upon receiving the advance payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24–48 working hours, including details of hotels, transfers, and other services.

4. Required Documents

  • Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport)

  • PAN Card (for billing purposes)

  • Passport copies (for international travel)

5. Child Policy
